Terms of service
Last updated November 3, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (and the business you sign up for) and Yahiv Inc., a New York corporation ("we", "us"), which runs Shelfbuzzer. By creating an account or using Shelfbuzzer, you agree to them.
1. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- The person who creates a workspace is its owner and controls who can join it and what they can do.
- You must be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms for your business.
2. Free trial and plans
- New workspaces get a free trial (currently 3 months) with every feature. No card is needed.
- When the trial ends without a paid plan, the workspace becomes read-only. Your data isn't deleted.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, per workspace. Prices are shown on our website and may change; we'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects you.
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. If you choose a plan during the free trial, your card is first charged when the trial ends.
- Each plan has limits (sites, items, people). If you need more, you can move to a bigger plan at any time; the difference for the rest of the period is added to or taken off your next bill.
- If a payment fails, we'll email you and try again. If it still can't be collected, the plan ends and the workspace becomes read-only.
3. Cancelling and refunds
- You can cancel at any time from Settings, Plan and billing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
- We don't give refunds for partial months or years, or for unused time.
4. Your data
- The data you put into Shelfbuzzer belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.
- You can export your data at any time.
- Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Shelfbuzzer to break the law, send spam, harm others, try to get into other people's workspaces, overload or attack the service, or copy or resell it. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Shelf tags
Shelf tags let anyone with the tag's link record what they took from that shelf. You decide where tags go. If a tag is misused, remove the item or contact us and we'll help you replace its link.
7. Emails to suppliers and team members
When you send orders or invites through Shelfbuzzer, you're responsible for having the right to contact those people, and for the content of what you send.
8. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Shelfbuzzer running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features over time; if we remove something important you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.
9. No guarantees
Shelfbuzzer is a tool to help you keep track of stock. Its suggestions (what to order, when things run out, price changes) depend on the information entered, and you remain responsible for your ordering and business decisions. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or spoiled stock), and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Shelfbuzzer at any time. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, with notice where reasonable.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes will be handled in the courts located in New York.
